1. Bulk Packaging for Pool Cues
We utilize standardized cartons measuring 80 * 22 * 18cm, with each carton securely holding 25 cues. This specification applies uniformly to both wooden cues and carbon fiber shafts, as their dimensions are largely consistent. Once packed, cartons are reinforced with strapping and loaded onto pallets for port shipment.
- Pallet Specifications: We use composite wood or durable plastic pallets featuring four-way entry for easy handling.
- Height Limit: Palletized stacks are strictly controlled to a maximum height of 1.8 meters.
- Stability & Labeling: Each pallet is wrapped entirely in stretch film to prevent shifting during transit, and shipping marks are applied to both sides of the pallet for clear identification.
This method ensures the entire shipment remains intact from our Billiard factory to your warehouse.
2. Protective Packaging for Cue Cases
Cue cases require a different approach due to their material composition. Since most cases are crafted from leather or heavy-duty fabric—making them lightweight but bulky—we employ a double-wall protection system rather than palletizing.
Each individual case is first placed into a protective inner paperboard box. These inner boxes are then packed ten per master carton. This dual-layer packaging provides superior cushioning against impact while optimizing space for bulk shipping.
While minor transit damage was occasionally reported by clients in the past, the implementation of this upgraded packaging strategy has effectively eliminated such issues. We are proud to report a current record of zero damage and zero complaints on recent shipments
